Most of our dental requirements are not emergency in nature. As much as possible, call any of our ELITE GROUP dental-partners during their regular clinic hours to schedule for an appointment.
Our Customer Care hotline service 836-7181 is available at your humble service Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Emergency assistance is available via (0918-3692012 / 0922-6426913).
Kindly bring our HMO ID or ELITE GROUP Health Access ID at all times. We may need to present the ID together with another valid identification to our dental partner before availing of any dental service.
Our ELITE GROUP dental-partner may need to call our Customer Care hotline for some validation before rendering service, kindly bear with this necessary procedure.
We may have to queue for awhile even if we have a confirmed appointment. Trust you understand such unavoidable situation. But rest assured that quality service will be extended to more than compensate for your valuable time.
We may conveniently arrange and negotiate with our friendly dentist for additional services not covered under our dental plan.
